| Tips To save you time and additional expense, try and pre-purchase any materials which will be required for the job. If fitting Flat pack get the delivery firm to put the boxes in the room where the item is required. If buying materials from B&Q remember that senior citizens get 10% discount on Wednesdays! |
Materials & Extra Costs I am happy to supply any materials for the job if required, however walking round B&Q can take up quite a bit of time so an additional £20 will be added to your final bill for my efforts. There will also be a small charge for any additional materials I supply i.e. screws, fixings, sealants etc usually no more than £5. Waste Management Please remember that if you require me to dispose of your old fence panels, shed roof felt, doors etc , that it is regarded as commercial waste and therefore carries an additional charge which will be notified to you at the out set of the job. |

Clean up I always clean up after all jobs and dispose of any small waste items from your premises as part of the service, Larger items can be disposed of at a recycling centre if required and will be charged as above. |
